3、 Main equipment configuration and functions
1. Spindle system:
The spindle is driven by a gearbox, and the spindle motor is a servo motor. The spindle box drag plate sliding device can easily remove the spindle box and honing tools from the processed hole after a honing cycle, remove the spindle bracket, and facilitate hole inspection and measurement, as well as replacing oil stones and workpieces; The tool support supports the weight of the honing head, keeping it in a safe state to avoid scratching the workpiece.
2. Control system:
Fully digital industrial computer control, dedicated honing machine control system. 15 inch LCD touch screen operation, user-friendly interface, large information capacity, simple and convenient operation.
Real time data collection, real-time feedback, and parameter adjustment. After connecting to the internet, remote fault diagnosis can be achieved, and device maintenance is simple.
The dynamic database of ultra strong machining parameters allows the operator to input the inner diameter of the workpiece, and the machine tool automatically generates parameters such as the corresponding spindle speed, spindle box gear, maximum load rate, and maximum protection torque. Minimize the workload of operators and effectively prevent incorrect operations.
When processing blind hole parts, after setting the relevant parameters, the operator only needs to start, and can perform short stroke or small pause functions on the blind end and both ends of the through hole parts. The commutation accuracy reaches 0.1 millimeters, and independent online measurement and automatic correction programs for machining loads can achieve automatic control of local honing.
3. Oil stone feed control system:
During processing, it can detect the high and low points inside the hole in real-time, as well as the taper of the hole, and reflect it in real-time in the form of graphics on the display screen. For the discovered high and low points, manual operation is not required, and the machine tool will perform short stroke repair on the high points itself; When the machining curve approaches a straight line, the cylindricity of the inner hole is already highly consistent. At the same time, it also supports manual short stroke repair, with adjustable number and amplitude of short strokes.
4. Tool slide:
After honing, the spindle bracket can be removed from the slide for easy hole inspection and measurement, as well as for easy replacement of workpieces and oilstones. The tool support supports the weight of the honing head. The tool support device keeps the honing head in a safe state and does not scratch the workpiece.
5. Cooling and filtration system:
The equipment filtration system is equipped with a magnetic separator filtration device. The magnetic separator can automatically remove honing mud, reducing the labor intensity of operators. Filtering accuracy less than 20 μ M.
6. Programmable touch screen
The programmable touch screen can easily input the size of the workpiece, and the machine will recommend selecting the correct tool to calculate the appropriate spindle speed. The touch screen can also display the real-time working status of the machine tool: the load of the spindle, the high and low points within the workpiece, the position of the honing head, honing time, feed rate, power range, etc. For the main parameters of processing, such as stroke, pressure, and time, there is a shortcut to directly adjust them using the touch screen.
